NÜXIA PENG
Pianist/singer/producer Magdalene Nuxia Peng, a.k.a. Nuxia, was born and raised in the Bay Area, CA, in a musical household. After graduating from USC Thornton School of Music in 2019, they started playing and touring with iconic Oakland rock/soul phenomenon AroMa as well as electronic/jazz duo SuperGood4uThing.
They have since released their first music projects as part of these groups: AroMa's "Symphony No Harmony" (2021), and SuperGood4uThing's “SuperGood4uThing” (2021) and "FUTURISTA" (2022). In 2024 and 2025, Nuxia performed, toured, and recorded with the Free Key Choir as their accompanist and co-conductor, where the choral version of their song “I Had to Run” debuted.
Nuxia spends their time touring, performing, and teaching. They frequently perform and collaborate with artists and ensembles in the classical and DIY music scenes in the Bay Area.
They are currently working on releasing their second album.
